Regulations

• 1-2 persons staying in each bungalow.

• Each additional person will be charged 300.- THB for fan room and 400.- THB for A/C room incl. Breakfast of your choice (American Breakfast OR Asian Breakfast).

• Breakfast Serving Time is from 07:00 am. till 10:00 am only.

• Electricity provided 24h, although no room provides an outlet socket. Air-Condition Operating Time daily between 05:00 pm and 12:00 pm of the following day.

• Please do not bring your own food or beverages to our restaurant. A Corkage Fee of 100.- THB per bottle applies all outside alcoholic drinks & beverages. For more information please contact our reception counter.

• Tubtim Resort is a private property, we reserve our right to provide or restrict any or all services.

• For electrical devices, we provide charging facilities at the lobby. Please kindly contact our staff at our reception for any further assistance. A Safety Deposit Box Service is also provided at the reception, free of charge.

• Check-in time is 14.00 pm and Check-out time is 12:00 pm Please kindly inform us at least 48h in advance upon your actual checkout.

• Bungalow availability is a matter of current availability at actual time of your arrival. At all times we possibly accept Bungalow Type Requests, but NO certain Bungalow Reservation of any kind.
